If you are anything like me, Or for that matter the U.S. average – You probably have 3-4 different e-mail accounts that You monitor at any given time. One for Work, One for Personal, One for your Side Business, etc… Wouldn’t it be Nice if you were able to Consolidate all of those accounts easily into one neat, manageable interface? No more logging into several different e-mail accounts, no more missing e-mails, Easily access all your accounts on your mobile Device! Sound like something you should of done years ago? yea…Me too! So lets not waste any more time….
Configuring G-mail
Once you Are logged into your G-mail Account. Go to Settings.
The two categories we are worried about here are: “Send Mail As” & “Check mail from other Accounts“
Send Mail As:
Make Sure that ” Reply from the same address the message was sent” is Checked.
Select Add another E-mail address you own. > Enter Your E-mail address and Click Next Step >
You Will Be Prompted to Send Verification. Follow the Directions in the Verification E-mail to Complete Setup. When you are done you will be able to Choose which e-mail address you would like to send “From” as shown below.
Check mail from other Accounts:
Under Settings > Select Add a POP3 mail account you own
Enter the E-mail address you would like to add. Then Select NEXT STEP >>>
Enter your Password and Choose your desired Configuration. When Ready Click Add Account
End Result
The best to way to organize your now 3-in-1 Inbox is to Label them by Color. Find The E-mail Address Label on the Left Side, and Click The Arrow Marked in Red below to Bring up the Options Menu for that Account.
What you are left with is a hassle free way to manage multiple E-mail accounts all in one place. Word….
