EDT Website Optimization – The Ezoic Experiment

You may have noticed that the EDT website design has been in a state of flux for the past couple of days. This is because I’ve recently signed up with Ezoic to have them optimize this site for user experience & profitability. Basically how it works is Ezoic will display variations of my website and record things like visitor bounce rates, pageviews per visit & time spent on site for each “experiment” version of the site. Over time it will refine ad placement and website design to optimize for user experience & revenue. Oh yea, and it’s free to sign up!

A quick look at Ezoic in action

A quick glimpse at my statistics before & after using Ezoic. I’ll reveal my site traffic information, revenue, show you what my experiment sites look like & walk you through using the Ezoic dashboard.

Revenue: Before & After Ezoic

Before Ezoic

Here is a quick snapshot of my average earnings before Ezoic… Before_Ezoic

Weekly Revenue: $2.69

After Ezoic

And here are my earnings after Ezoic.

After_Ezoic

Weekly Revenue: $6.50

It may not seem like much in the above example, but that is a whopping 142% increase in weekly revenue!

How can I get started?

If you are eager to try Ezoic out for your website & don’t mind helping them work out a few of the kinks in BETA, you can sign up @ ezoic.com.

It should be noted as well that in order to qaulify, your site should already be receiving ~15,000 visitors each month.

A Note To My Readers:
Thank you for your patience and support during this period of transition working with Ezoic to improve both the user experience and revenue (Need to keep the lights on!). Without you, none of this would be possible!
